Kyle, I use these for almost everything. I still get jacked up hands sometimes, but this is the best $20 I’ve spent on anything CrossFit related thus far.
Use as little chalk as possible. Also for the current rip go to Eastern Mountain Sports and buy Climb On. Rock climbers use it. Helped a lot when I ripped last year.
So…. we just upgraded our cable to get ESPN and ESPN2 (at least temporarily!) CF Games recaps are Friday 9-10pm, Saturday 8-9pm, and Sunday 8-9pm. Anyone who wants to join us at casa de Warnek is welcome!

Froning didn’t even look tired after doing it. Frantasy Hell is more like it.
I’ve split my hand the last couple of times doing pull ups/muscle ups, anybody have any tips other than gloves to prevent this from happening today?

if its from the callus at your metacarpals then i would recommend the tweerzerman callus shaver. havent ripped since using it on a regular basis
but for today i would spend some time making grips from athletic tape
The shaver def is a lifesaver!! I make grips with the athletic tape if you want me to show you!!
