    Hey ICAers…thought you might want to check out an awesome masters competition in April… Just like the January competition, this one is also 35+, but it is a solo competition.

    Nikki,
    I realized this morning, as I was recording my WOD from last night, that I only held the pull-up hold for 5 seconds instead of 10. I did 9 complete rounds, having a 45 second advantage. So, can you please adjust my overall score from 9+5 to 8+5 squats (P). Thanks.
