Holy shit. (Sorry…I have a potty mouth. There’s just no more appropriate thing to say.)
I like how this is called an AMRAP…. I will be lucky if I get through the wall balls!!!!
OH DEAR GOD.
this is something i never thought i would have to re-live.
(though i was pleased to have made it through so many DUs that last time)
and my professed love for Karen is still strong. <3
I started out with nightmare on wheatland – it is only right that my brother start on what appears to be the hardest workout I have seen to date ๐ welcome Jimmy <3
Hi Everyone! Some of you may have heard about IDLife through Tom Pugh or myself. This weekend we are sponsoring a booth for IDLife at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks. As a member and friend of ICA you are receiving a special promotion code enabling you to purchase a reduced priced ticket for the Endurance Sports Expo, this Saturday the 22nd from 10-5 & Sunday the 23rd from 10-4. By using the promo code for IDLife (ese14idlife) at the http://www.EnduranceSportsExpo.com website you can purchase a ticket for $6.00 (vs. $10.00 at the door.
The Endurance Sports Expo is a donโt miss event for athletes of all types. As you plan your 2014 season come out to the largest cycling, running and triathlon expo in the country. The Endurance Sports Expo will feature over 200 national and local vendors, brands, events and 40 different seminars. National brands and local retailers will be on hand to help attendees find the right equipment and an opportunity to demo the latest products. We’d love to see you guys there! Come see what IDLife is all about!
Thanks Garrett and Tom
.
We will be in booth #202. Hope to see a few of you there!
Can I sub DUs and MUs for 120 burpees? Fair? Good. Now I am going to go put this out of my head until 5:59PM.
Oh, how I remember the pain! But I expect to see great things from “the strong ladies” (you know who you are)!! ๐
Outch!!! A day after banded back squats!!
This doesn’t seem like a good one to start my first full workout from the rest of the comments that I’ve seen!:/
I think this is a fantastic start to your ICA experience Kyle, can’t wait to see you tear it up.
I am with John. Don’t sweat it, Kyle. Just show up. I may bemoan my lack of abilities a bit, as it’s a misery loves company, self-effacing humor type thing, but sometime before the workout, you get your mind right, and you give it your all, no matter your ability, skill, strength, experience level. John and Nikki and the other coaches will find a scale that makes this a challenge, but doable, so you’ll get a great workout. This is absolutely a wonderful first workout.
hey guys, if you are at the expo come look for me – I will be repping at the slyfox beer stand!
Will do! Free samples?
Ok Jen. We get samples of beer and you come visit us for free samples of our goodies!
wait endurance sports and sly fox?
There are Sly Fox cycling jerseys, a Sly Fox Running Club, but I guess you wouldn’t know anything about that. ๐
Sly Fox’s beer truck is at the finish line of of the ODDyseey Half Marathon, too.
Jen–pack a lunch, bring snacks–as the Sly Fox tent is busy ALL DAY! It is the only beer tent there. David and I staffed it last year and we were popular. ๐
Garrett and Pugh, done and done.
hooray for scale!
bwahahaha! Jim and Kyle, damn glad to have ya.

Can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling faces from the weight room tonight. A true shame I won’t be doing this one.
I’m envisioning Robbie doing a “Dr Evil laugh” from the weight room as we go through tonight’s workout.

(totally safe, I promise.)

I miss you guys so much! I can’t come tonight – I have frostbite on my right hand. Can’t wait to get back to the box. Someone has to have the lowest scores ๐ !
Frostbite!! There’s gotta be a good story behind that one… I hope it heals up quickly!
I really am super bummed to miss this one. Darn Wednesdays! Maybe I will make this up tomorrow… Anyone up for joining me??
I’m down to give this one a whirl tomorrow Nikki!
I’m missing it too… I have a nice deep cough forming. hooray!
I’m down to make this one up too! What time?
Wow! Very impressive numbers from the morning crew.
My goal is not have “pukie” next to my name.

48minutes of watching wallballs is inspirational… Good job y’all!
Holly crap! Sara R! Last year=122; this year=241. Are. You. Serious???!!! I have never seen anyone improve so much in so little time. Keep it up, girl. You are an inspiration! ๐
I’m still shaking my head in disbelief…
Thanks Laurie, that’s nice of you to say. I was pretty happy with the results too ๐
