i’m hoping to make the 6pm if my hip stops hurting. what could i have done yesterday to cause such PAIN?
Sarg – not sure, may not be gym related?! Did you sleep on your side or do anything different like that? Banded hip extensions and snatches shouldn’t do much harm!
that’s what i thought; they shouldn’t be that bad. i think it might have been a combination of slight pull plus sleeping wrong, but i was hobbling yesterday! today it feels much better, so i’ll be at open gym 🙂
I think I am going to make this WOD tomorrow…woke up this morning quit sore. See everyone tomorrow!
