Considering so many of us may have off on Friday, AND it is supposed to be beautifully bright, dry and an unseasonable 50 degrees, AND it’s been a few days since we’ve all sweat together like we like so much, I propose we do so:
Friday
11:00AM
Reeves Park in Phoenixville, let’s get together and get moving again with this little WOD that is easily scalable up or down:
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
400m run
20 jumping squats
1 monkey or parallel bar pass
20 pull-ups
1 balance beam walk
20 double leg mountain climbers
Regarding the movements, please feel free to sub in or out anything you want, scale up or down as you see fit, or reduce the rounds or whatever variation you want! Turn the 400m into an 800. Scale the jumping squats down to just squats, or up to burpees…There are three height pullup bars, and you can kip, do jumping pull-ups, or strict. There’s plenty to play with. Bring the family to play around too.
11:00AM at the playground set on Third Avenue and B Street at Reeves Park in Phoenixville.
We will be there. Running in heats if that is a concern for those with kids. Going out to lunch with beers afterwords.

OK, so I’m trapped in my house by construction vehicles. It seems that our turn has come for our water main pipes to be replaced. And to make matters worse, one of the guys accidentally punctured our gas line. So, no water, no gas, and no escape. Luckily, they are moving fast, but I think we’re stuck in our house until the afternoon. Bummer. Have fun at the playground. 🙁
