  • 15 deadlifts (275/185# NTE 75%)

  • 400m row
  • 40 double unders
  • 10 deadlifts (275/185#)

rest, then

  • 300m row
  • 30 double unders
  • 5 deadlifts (275/185#)

    Before we get too excited, “rest” has been VERY different things in the past.

    Rest until rowers are available again! Larger classes may get more rest than smaller ones. Everyone will get at least a few minutes. 🙂
