Open WOD 12.3

AMRAP in 18 minutes of:

  • 15 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 12 push press (115/75#)
  • 9 toes to bar

WOD Notes:  The CrossFit Games season is starting up in March (if you didn’t read the article we posted on Sunday, go check it out!) We are going to be hitting some of the last two years’ workouts in the coming months to get people excited!  This was the third workout in last year’s competition.  Compare to 120308.

    Yay games!

    5:30 class note:
    If you don’t sign up for the Wednesday, 5:30 class, there will be a 10 burpee penalty for the ENTIRE class and 15 for the non-signer-upper per athlete that doesnt sign up. This has been okay’d and approved by management.

    If you heckle the non-signer-upper, you have +30 burpees.

    I love you all! …just makes planning of warm-up, partners, floor management more efficient.
