    Im on the plane, and my shoulders and abs are burning while I try to keep in the confines of my seat. I just want to spread out and lay down across the row. It’s awful.

    15.35 on the step up/ snatch wod done this week. with 15# dbs. (That was hard!)
    Thanks again to John and Nikki for your tireless support. It took a day to get over Fran lung. Oh yeah, and 9 burbees in all.
