For a pretty fantastic demo of a snatch balance check out the link below. He does a snatch first but then follows it with a snatch balance. Strive for his speed:
Oh and so far it is Dave, Erin, Scott and team Warnek heading over to Will WOD for Beer. It starts at 4 so I was thinking on meeting up at ICA at 3:00 if anyone wanted to carpool.
