Holy full classes! Everybody wants to burn off all the Halloween candy they stole from their kids (or from their neighbors…)
Grrr….So in my wheelhouse… Save for Thursday I guess. Hilary & Korba, Thursday night showdown?!?! (Note to self – get a sitter!!) Have fun Saturday “am-ers”!
No met cons are allowed at barbell club, sorry. We only allow the daily wod to be done at barbell when it is a strength wod.
Ps – sorry about the full classes! three notes:
1. if you made the wait list for either class, come to class
2. If you signed up but don’t show up, prepare for a burpee penalty (and a look of disappointment from me) next time you come in
3. Last week we had 12 people total (between both classes), so we didn’t see this coming! We will add a 3rd Saturday class back to the schedule for the winter.

I just cancelled for today (scheduling not hangover related). I’d hate to suffer the burpee penalty or feel the glare of disappointment. If you guys are making it up on Thursday night I’d like to join that party. This looks like a fun one.
Looks like a good one, but I’ll be missing it as well. Count me in for the Thursday makeup though.
Think I was on the wait list for 10:00, but my schedule changed as well, so maybe someone can try for the wait list.
