    John, did you have everyone do the ‘Jillian Michael’s Wod’ as a warm-up? I couldn’t help put notice the slam balls (sweet name), barbells, and box jumps.

    Nikki had them do that as a warm up that morning. I’m still in disbelief of that performance.
