2) 3 position snatch (mid thigh, just above knee, full snatch) 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
3) snatch pull to shrug (straight arms the whole way) 3×2@80%, 2×2@90%, 2×2@100%, 8 second negative after second rep of each set.
4) 30 power clean and jerks for time (135/95#)
5) 50 slow butterfly abmat sit ups
