    I blame Erin for this. We were talking about our love of thrusters today and clearly the Crossfit gods were listening. What I didn’t know is that you can ruin thrusters by putting burpees between them.

    Just wanted to let everyone know that Joanna and I will be a host site for the Lancaster Farm’s CSA. So once per week they deliver everyone’s shares to our house and you’d pick up your share at our place. We’d done this CSA a few years back and enjoyed it so we volunteered to host. They offer half and full vegetable shares and fruit, egg, poultry, and meat shares. We don’t profit from people signing up so we’re not selling anything. We are simply a pickup site. We live right near the Phoenixville Hospital behind the Ford dealership. If anyone is interested here is the website for more details.

    When I first saw this I was excited that I had to work late and was gonna miss this pain storm. I decided to workout with a few guys this morning in the office gym. When I walked in and saw what they had programmed, I immediately regretted that decision.

    I’ll be at my baby girl’s 16th birthday party tonight. So, I’m feeling guilty for not sharing in the agony but I’d feel even worse missing out on celebrating her milestone. (Where did the time go?)
