I’d never done any push ups full ROM going into this workout two years ago! I ended up with 55 total push ups! I love reliving these!

The fact that some of the scores during the games for 11.2 were 17 rounds just blows my mind. After having done this yesterday (even if I didn’t puke twice) HOW can you possibly get 17 rounds of this workout in 15 minutes.
T – I totally agree that 17 rounds is nuts! One thing that helped them get higher rounds in 2011 is they didn’t have the ‘games standard’ box jumps back then. So good box jumpers could get all 15 done in 15 seconds by hopping off the top and bottom. Still, 17 is nuts… I almost don’t believe people can move that fast!
