Complete max reps in 3 minutes, 2 minutes, and 1 minute at each of the following stations:

  • double unders
  • box jumps
  • wallballs (20/14# t0 10/9′)

WOD Notes:  Feel free to complete this workout at open gym from 7:30 to 8:30 if classes are full.  If you are signed up but cannot attend, please remove your name by 7:00 am to allow others to sign up.  50 burpee bonus for anyone who forgets to take their name out.  If you are on the waitlist, come in!
