  6. I was in a rush leaving the gym today so let me circle back for some shout outs. Huge props to Eric for rocking great ohs form and hitting 155# his first time ever going heavy. Killa going 10# higher than my estimate with impeccable form, and only stopping at 130 b/c she was limited by the jerk! We promise to work behind the head jerks before our next heavy ohs day!
