- 10 one-arm dumbbell snatch, alternating arms (80/50#)
- 60m shuttle sprint
WOD Notes: Partner 1 completes one full round while partner 2 rests, then switch. Score is the total number of rounds completed in 15 minutes.

I did 8 full rounds with one rep on the 9th so I’m assuming Nikki did 7 full rounds since I started first? so 15 total.

Kim and I did 15 rounds this am. I used a 40lb dumbbell and I believe Kim used a 20lb or 15lb dumbbell! Glad ICA and all the members were ok this afternoon- scary!!
