Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts.  This week the choices are:

  1. 5 rounds for time of 40 double unders, 15 thrusters (95/65#), 2 rope climbs
  2. bench press 2-2-2-2-2 then 5×5 weighted pull ups
  3. AMRAP in 10 minutes of 3 power cleans (60%), 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
  4. Overhead squat 3-3-3-3-3 then 3×20 yd KB overhead carry
  5. Complete for time: 30 cal row, 30 DB cleans (40/25#), 20 T2B, 20 box jumps (30/24″), 10 shuttle runs (45/25# plate), 10 stone/keg to shoulder
  6. “Diane” 21-15-9 reps for time of deadlifts (225/155#), handstand push ups

    Thanks for the happy birthday wishes! Don’t worry, no-one will need to do 53 burpees tonight – taking a birthday hike with my dog this afternoon instead coming to the gym. BUT, next year…..I am going to inflict suffering on my birthday! bwahaha….(evil laugh)
