Community Notes: Congrats to Nikki who passed the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) exam and is now a Certified FMS Professional, Level 1. FMS is a screening tool used to identify limitations and asymmetries in fundamental movement patterns. Based on the results of an individual’s screen, corrective exercises are assigned to address the underlying mobility and motor control issues. We hope to offer FMS screens to our members in the near future and will post more information soon!
