- Front squat 5-3-3-2-1-1 then then AMRAP in 5 minutes of 10 front squats (35%), 7 burpee bar jumps
- Complete 4 rounds for time of 400m run, 21 KBS (53/35#), 5R/5L TGU (53/35#)
- “Quarter Gone Bad” complete 5 rounds of 20s on, 40s off of thrusters (135/95#), weighted pull ups (50/30#), burpees
- “Jackie” complete for time 1000m row, 50 thrusters (45#), 30 pull ups
- Split clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then 30 evil wheels NFT (50 advanced)
- 3 AMRAPs, 4 minutes each with 4 minutes rest between: #1 – 5 push ups, 10 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′); #2 5box jumps (24/20″), 10 DU; #3 5 T2B, 10 squats
Notes: Barbell club will run from 8:30 to 11:30 this morning (the entire time).
