AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 wall balls (20/14# to 10/9′)

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

  • 5 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 10 double unders

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

  • 5 toes to bar
  • 10 air squats

WOD Notes: Each athlete will record 3 scores, one for each AMRAP.
