- “Fight Gone Worse” – DB thrusters (50/30#), power snatches (95/65#), box jumps (20/16″), push presses (95/65#), row (1cal=1rep)
- “Karen” – Complete 150 wallballs for time (20/14# to 10/9′)
- Split jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1 then 5×5 behind the neck presses
- Complete 3 rounds each for time of 500m row, 25 push ups, 15 toes to bar
