- Complete 4 rounds for time of 10 L-sit pull ups, 20 KBS (70/53#), 5R/5L pistols
- EMOM for 10 minutes: 3 power cleans (80%), rest 10 minutes, 5 rounds of 3 deadlifts (315/205#), 5 clapping push ups, 40 yd dash
- Complete 4 rounds for time of 200m run, 7HSPU, 200m run, 7 muscle ups
- Deficit deadlift 8×2 (80%) then 30 DB cleans for time
- Tabata squat, push press (75/55#), sit ups, hang power cleans (75/55#)
