  • 5o wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 50 double unders

    Can this be broken up at all? Or must do all 50 to move onto the next movement? (Just curious) : )

    So I had to post my modified WOD b/c I am so excited:
    50 lunges
    50 jumping squats
    300 su.
    And
    50 pushups on my knees- no pain Yay!!:)
