Sunday Football WOD – Aug 11, 2013

WOD 1 – 

  • Complete 3 power cleans on the minute for 10 minutes (70-80% of your 1RM)

Rest 10 minutes

WOD 2 – 

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 3 deadlifts (315/205#, NTE 75% of your 1RM)
  • 5 clapping push ups
  • 40 yard sprint

    Yeah Sabol I agree. Feeling really pissed I can’t do these WOD’s. FYI…don’t be an idiot like me and arm wrestle your best friend. Nobody wins in that stupid game…GRRR!

    Yeah Nikki I was a jackass! Tried to work through it but realized after it was killing me from the burpee DU WOD something definitely isn’t right. Gonna take a rest with the upper body workouts until after I see Kropf next Monday. Going bananas though!
