Complete 4 rounds for time of:

  • 200m run
  • 7 hand stand push ups
  • 200m run
  • 7 mucle ups

WOD Notes:  The scale for hand stand push ups will be a barbell shoulder press at 70% 1 rep max.  The scale for muscle ups will be 2x pull ups and push ups.

    This one looks like fun. Hopefully I don’t pop all the blood vessels around my eyes this time. I looked hungover for 3 days after the last round on HSPUs.
