Football WOD – Mar 29, 2015

5 rounds of:

  • Wall climb, 30 seconds
  • 30 second rest
  • Russian KBS (70/53#), 30 seconds
  • 30 second rest
  • Russian twist (45/25#), 30 seconds
  • 30 second rest

WOD Notes: Go HARD during each 30 second work interval! Athletes will start at different stations but rotate in the above order. Compare to CFFB WOD 150326.

Community Notes: We still have tickets for Blazing Saddles, 2pm at the Colonial Theatre. We’ll be there 30 minutes early handing out tickets to anyone who doesn’t already have them. See you there!!
