Complete 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps for time of:
- Power cleans (75% 1RM)
After each set of cleans perform a 50 yard Farmer’s Walk AHAP.
WOD Notes: AHAP = As Heavy As Possible. Farmer’s walks can be performed with KBs or DBs, and we also have 1 set of farmer’s handles. If you’ve already done heavy power cleans this week, consider subbing power snatches. Taken from CFFB WOD 150320. Compare to 140118.
