Awesome work for a Sunday morning. Nice time Joe!
Interesting article here about chin ups vs. pull ups – what’s the difference & which is better.

Ok it’s no secret that I’ve not been to ICA in a while. My body certainly knows this best. Need some advice…
I cannot straighten my arms since Fridays WOD. Think I destroyed them from
The pull-ups I did. I’ve never felt pain like this before and am a little nervous honesty. Any advice?
Garret…Did you do the static hold workout on Wed? I did and was wrecked for Friday. Every part of me that held a static hold has been miserable for days. My left arm (bicep and tricep) both still don’t want to straighten about 5 days later. You feeling any better?
its a lot of pull up to be done in a row and since it was the first movement you blasted through it. are you feeling it in your bicep/forearm? are they swollen? it sounds like minor rhabo? tons of water and just let it heal imo. let us know if its any better
Yeah not smart blasting through it Phil. I constantly have to remind myself to be smarter. Don’t hesitate to Bring me back to earth when I need it.
Dan- I didn’t do Wednesdays WOD just Friday and the PU’s followed by the T2b I think is what got me. My arms are still Swollen and painful. It’s getting better and I can straighten them more although I don’t think I can workout yet. The pain is in my bicep at the bend. John thinks it’s butt arm and it definitely fits that description. Thankfully no soda colored urine. I’ll be back in a couple weeks. Have a lot of traveling coming up.
