Complete for time:
- 150 wall balls (20/14# to 10/9′)

WOD Notes: “Karen” is an annual benchmark and one you don’t want to miss! The workout typically takes in the 6-10 minute range, and we’ll have a 12 minute cap. Pick a wall ball weight & height combination that lets you throw in sets of 5-15, even when tired.
