Also- a few people asked about “Sally”. If you missed out, I’ll have the song and you can try it during barbell. I might even do it with you π If you’re interested, think around 8:40ish so we don’t have to loop the song all morning for those who are there to lift or do the WOD.

Hey all, there is a large partner competition called the super fit games in October. We have one guy/girl partnership available if anyone would be interested. Cost is 190 and the event is on oct 21. Let me know if you’d be interested!
Correction – the competition is oct 28. It’s at CF KOP, and we already have 5 ICA teams going, so you’ll be in good company!
