Workout of the Day

Complete 4 rounds, each for time, of:

  • 40/30 cal bike or row
  • 10 power snatches (135/93#)

Start a new round every 6 minutes.

WOD Notes: Work with your neighbor to decide who wants to bike and who wants to row. If you can’t decide, alternate each round!
