Complete 27-21-15-9 reps for time:

  • Calories (athlete’s choice: bike or row)
  • Burpee box jump overs (24/20″)

Time cap: 20 minutes

WOD Notes: Men and women have the same calories today! If you know you’re a slower rower/biker, scale to 20-15-10-5 calories. (Same for burpee box jump overs!)
