AMRAP in 14 minutes of an ascending ladder by 6s (6-12-18-24-…) of:

  • DB snatches (50/35#)
  • Burpees
  • Box jumps (24/20″)

    OLY WOD:
    1) Snatch – find a heavy single for the day
    2) Clean and Jerk – Find a heavy single for the day
    3) Then 4x:
    10 back squats (50% 1RM)
    10 ring dips
    10 heavy wallballs (with a slam ball)
