Note re: yesterday’s total. I had a hypothesis that people who wore costumes would lift more. I did some number crunching. For the Rxers, 60% had at least 1 PR, and 38% of all lifts completed were PRs. For the non-Rxers, 53% had at least 1 PR, and 26% of all lifts were PRs. The conclusion – wearing a costume helps you PR!!
You can’t argue with science and math.
