Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
- 500/400m row or 1000/800m bike
- 3 rounds of strict Cindy
(Note: 1 round of strict Cindy is 5 strict pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
WOD Notes: Programming Credit: CrossFit mainpage Oct 5, 2022. This is a longer workout where the goal is to move at a steady pace for all 30 minutes. You should be able to do the first several rounds of 5 pull ups and 10 push ups unbroken. If not, reduce the number (e.g., 3 pull ups + 6 push ups) or add bands.
