Jumping pull ups, easily the most deceptive, destructive tabata exercise beside squats for me. Should be fun.
I’m terrified of the shuttle runs myself, but pullups are a close second.
i gotta say, for once i am NOT scared of pullups. at least jumping doesn’t require a big, stupid band for me 🙂
I will be attending the 5oclock WOD!
Chris
Hooray, can’t wait to see you Chris!

O’Neills Garage results…
I would like to congratulate our ladies on a some pretty impressive scores, but would also like to clarify that there may have been some confusion about just how high the starting point for a jumping pullup can be (cough.. cough… shenanigans… cough… cough)
results- total (shuttle run reps, pushups, kb swings, jumping pullups)
Brian: 257 (42, 61, 74, 80)
Chuck: 228 (41, 54, 46, 87)
Spotts: 368 (39, 80, 69, 180)
Deirde: 363 (48, 70, 65, 180)
Barb: 310 (37, 60, 63, 150)

Something tells me the battle between Spotts and Deirdre would’ve been real fun to watch.
Um yea, it appears we definitely did the jumping pull ups from to high up! Oops.
No worries, Ladies of the OG. I’m sure a workout was obtained.
