For time, complete:

  • 20 calorie row
  • 20 wall balls (20/14# both to 10′)
  • 20 toes to bar
  • 20 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 20 KB SDHP (70/55#)
  • 20 burpees
  • 20 push jerk (115/75#)
  • 120 ft backwards sled pull (165/110#)

Also, today is the first day of the I.C.A. Fall Paleo Challenge! If you haven’t already, take a few minutes to record your weight, take hip and waist measurements, and shoot a photo of yourself (yup, naked, or at least aaaaalmost naked).     Bummed I’m missing this one today … work 🙁 Thursday will be a toss-up now on which chipper to do. Was the men’s weight 115# or 135# at the games? Was thinking of trying it at the heavy weight.

    First observation of Paleo challenge: plain coffee is rough, switch to unsweetened tea is imminent.

      kevin, when i switched to black coffee, i used a little coconut milk (from a can) to cut the bitterness. maybe that will help?

    Kev, Men’s weight is 135 for this one and had some rounds of 30 in there too instead of 20. My goal is to string everything today, should be brutal.

    I figured I’d post my pictures to the blog, you know, just for posterity.

    Regarding Paleo… Plain coffee wasn’t as bad as I thought – I think I’ll have to stick to flavored coffees to make it ok to drink. But I missed my cheese on my eggs – added some oregano and cinnamon – interesting but good. Still haven’t gotten to the pics….eeek :-/ lol
