Workout of the Day

EMOM for 20 minutes of:

  • 1 clean + 1 hang clean

WOD Notes:  The goal today is to open up around 50% of your 1 rep max clean and add weight every 3 to 5 minutes.  If you’re feeling great, you could end around 90% of your 1 rep!
