Complete 5 rounds for time:
- 20 box jumps (24/20″)
- 30 butterfly abmat sit ups
- 40 meters walking lunge
WOD Notes: If your knees prevent you from doing box jumps, modify to box step ups and replace the walking lunges with a 250 meter row.
