      Kevin-I think the personal training sessions in the AM may have ended due to your lack luster personality in the morning. I think if you turned your frown upside down at 6:15-Mark would be on board again…..just a thought!

    Alright, everybody just settle down!

    I care about each and everyone of ya. Lindsey and I had a very fun time this morning getting up and cleaning.

    Kev, we had a private session last Thursday when me, you, and Phil did bicep curls. I mean…um…functional bicep curls?

    …I guess I can now log on at work… Indoor recess, fun. Hoping to make the 4:30 class today. Make sure those 88’s are cleaned up for some Turkish get-ups!
