“Filthy Fifty”

For time:

  • 50 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 50 jumping pullups
  • 50 kettlebell swings (53/35#)
  • 50 walking lunge
  • 50 knees to elbows
  • 50 push press (45/35#)
  • 50 back extensions (abmat)
  • 50 wall balls, (20/14# t0 10/9′)
  • 50 burpees
  • 50 double unders

WOD Notes:  This is a long chipper and is a CrossFit benchmark. Beginners may scale to “Dirty Thirty” – which is 30 reps of each movement.  There will be a 40 minute time cap on the WOD.

  3. It’s been almost exactly four years since I first did my first WOD, the Filthy Fifty. Still one of my favorites.

    Awesome energy this morning, breakfast club! As Matt pointed out, the Filthy Fifty may not fall into the “fun Friday” category for most people… but it you rocked it out anyway! Great times for all 4 of you.

  5. Just a quick note: ESPN3 is supposedly set up to have live central east coverage of the regionals competition. So … you can watch Rich Froning live. Get ready to hook up your XBox for streaming!
