Workout of the Day

Complete for time:

  • 500m row

Then 40-30-20-10 reps of:

  • Abmat sit ups
  • Wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)

Then

  • 500m row

WOD Notes:  The goal today should be to take the first 500m at a moderate pace and really try to push the second 500.  Each set of wallballs should be done in 4 sets or fewer.
