  • 80 air squats
  • AMRAP double unders

      Phil, I’m still walking with a cane today myself. I’m guessing there will be 225# deadlifts in tomorrow’s workout to punish me for it.

    I have a correction for my front squats…I actually did 135 and failed 145. I told John I did 125 and then realized I added the weights incorrectly! Yay me. 🙂
