EMOM for 15 minutes:

  • 10 wall balls (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 20 double unders

WOD Notes: If at any point you can’t complete the movements within the minute, the workout turns into an AMRAP for the remaining time. Post total number of rounds & reps completed.
