Complete 4 rounds for time of:

  • 800m run
  • 30 KB swings (70/53#)
  • 30 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)

  • 3 position snatch (high hang, above knee, full snatch) build to a heavy single
  • hang clean 1-1-1-1-1
  • 8-6-4-2 banded push ups
  • 10-8-6-4-2 supinated DB hang muscle clean (each hand)
  • 5×40 yd banded partner run
