  • 7 deadlifts (225/153#, NTE 65% 1RM)
  • 1 rope climb
  • 14 single-arm DB/KB push press (50/35#, 7R/7L)

WOD Notes: The sub for rope climbs today will be 1 rope pull, 5 pull-ups or 5 ring rows.
