Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 400m run
  • 12 deadlifts (155/105#)
  • 9 hang power cleans (155/105#)
  • 6 shoulder to overhead (155/105#)

WOD Notes:  Pick a weight that you can use for all 3 movements (typically limited by the shoulder to overhead).  You should have a chance at going unbroken through the first round.
