WOD Notes: The goal on the overhead squats is to find a 15 rep max. The two sets of 10 should be at lighter weights to warm you up to the true 15 reps. i think my weight to strength ratio is going to skew this. but i don’t care! OVERHEAD SQUATS!!

Did this in the garage 145 (15x) didn’t do the 800m since Lana can’t run that far 🙂
Massive typo that 4 should be a 3 135 (15x) attempted 145 only got it 4 times

lol John its 4 in both attempts , could nt make it past 4 , weight was 105 .
