Breakfast club box jumps

Complete a 4 minute AMRAP at each station:

  • Double unders
  • Kettlebell swings (53/35#)
  • Row (10 meters = 1 rep)
  • Box jumps (24/20″)

Rest 3 minutes between each exercise.

    Funny thing, two years ago Jay E and I put together a similar workout. It was three minutes of each, DU’s, KB swings, and box jumps (well, Jay’s retaining wall, no box). That was brutal. This looks insane.

    Thanks Linds, the math was right, I just copied wrong. Buzz, this looked like a brutal one. I’m hoping to see someone row a 1k when they’re tired during this WOD!

    This was an awesome night in the gym. So many great performances on all 4 phases of the workout. Hats off to Tiana and Quentin on KB swings, Kev and Natalie on box jumps, and everyone on double unders! It was great to see that level of intensity in this kind of heat.
